Join us for a morning of stillness as we pause together in celebration with the energies birth brings.

This unique sound bath offering is an invitation for couples, partners, and close community to gather and celebrate all steps of the birthing process. Not only are we celebrating birth, but truly the many pathways this journey can unfold.

This sound bath merges Opal's tools as a birth doula, and childbirth educator to meet the realms of sound medicine to curate a special space holding for those who are on fertility journeys, pregnancy or postpartum pathways. 

There are 8 recliner spots and 4 floor spots available. Please note recliner spots offered on a first come, first serve basis.
