Treatment Philosophy + Who Needs WCA

There isn’t one solution or “one size fits all” to treating health care issues whether they be physical, mental or emotional. It takes a diverse set of approaches, applied regularly, to achieve balance within ourselves. Equally important is a balance between accessing affordable healthcare services with “do it yourself” strategies that you can employ in your own daily life.

With this in mind, WCA offers a variety of services and empowers people with knowledge to facilitate the re-balancing of their own human system - body, mind and spirit. Services include acupuncture, herbal medicine, food therapy, cupping, yoga, meditation and a sense of community through in-person classes, workshops and online streaming options.

WCA also uses the lens of the Poly Vagal Nervous System theory and practices to assist people in managing conditions and promoting a high quality of life. The Poly Vagal Nervous system theory is woven into all of the clinic’s offerings.
