Description: As we journey further into Spring, looking toward Summer, we tend to our gardens by honoring all Autumn and Winter brought us.

Join Opal of The Sacred Empress in celebration of this awareness as we take a moment to pause and nourish the nervous system with sound medicine.

This Sound Bath is curated with the intention of bringing peace and celebration to all that is blooming utilizing crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, and intuitive singing.

The sound bath will begin with a brief introduction and opportunity to write your intentions for our time together. We will then go into a guided meditation and sound bath. Opal will conclude with brief reflections and celebration of this new space of practice!

What to bring: 

• Yoga Mat

• Water Bottle

• Sacred Item for you (crystal, altar item, etc.)

• Journal
