The Nervous System Reset Series:

Combining Acupuncture, Poly-Vagal Nervous System Theory + Mindfulness-based Practices

Your nervous system is always shifting between states in subtle (and not so subtle ways) depending on your internal and external environment. Developing your ability of neuroception - the awareness and skill set to identify how you are feeling inside yourself based on internal or external cues of safety or danger - is a critical part of managing distressing signs and symptoms and, ultimately, healing.

Cultivating a feeling of safety and connection in your body and mind is a fluid process. It takes time, patience and practice. This series focuses on teaching you about the 3 main nervous system states (dorsal, sympathetic and ventral), neuroception, re-framing old storylines that are based in the past and are no longer relevant through self-inquiry as well as down-regulating the nervous system through acupuncture.

The Nervous System Reset Series takes place over 4-6 weeks and includes learning sessions, at-home practices, 1:1 support and 4 acupuncture treatments.

This series is a must-do for everyone but particularly those struggling with nervous system dys-regulation, chronic pain or a chronic condition, anxiety, depression or irritability, high levels of stress or trauma in their background.
