Inner Teacher Yoga + Meditation draws from historical yoga and contemplative lineages as well as modern science and nervous system theory. This combination creates a powerful, mindfulness-based approach to asana and meditation. Inspired by the times we live in, classes encourage a direct and compassionate relationship with your own intuition, body and mind.


Kundalini Yoga Classes

Kundalini yoga combines breath work (pranayama), mantra (use of the sound current) and movement of body to facilitate a heightened awareness of body, mind and spirit. Inner Teacher Kundalini yoga classes also emphasize the Poly-Vagal Nervous System Theory, mindfulness, self-compassion and self-agency. Classes are different from but also share similarities with many other styles of yoga.

Kundalini classes are held on select nights from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm within WCA and on most days of the New Moon. You can check out the schedule here. Since space is limited, pre-registration is strongly recommended. Walk-ins are allowed on a first come, first serve basis. Wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Blankets and cushions are available for use.
